Terms & Conditions

By installing, accessing or using Fajr Alarm (“App”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the App. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The Six grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

• Anonymous use: Core features (alarms, Qibla, prayer times, streak) work without signing in.
• Google Sign-In: Optional — you can link your data to a Google account. Keep your Google credentials secure.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account or Pro access.
• We may update, limit or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age requiring parental consent in your country) to create an account. The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, use it only with parent/guardian consent.

All paid features are sold and billed exclusively via Google Play Billing. We never handle your card details. Prices shown in Google Play at checkout are the final prices.

• Price & tax: Shown by Google Play, inclusive of taxes. Prices may change; ongoing subscriptions keep their prior price unless Google says otherwise.
• Auto-renew: Subscriptions renew automatically via Google Play. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period; there are no partial refunds except as required by law or Google Play policy.
• Refunds: Handled solely by Google Play. Deleting your Fajr Alarm account does not cancel or refund a Play subscription.
• Verification: Purchases are verified on our server. Sharing or reusing another person’s purchase is not allowed.
• Restore: Reinstall or switch devices → use “Restore Purchases” in the app with the same Google Play account.
• Problems: If verification fails, contact write.thesix@gmail.com with your Play order ID.

• Daily Pass (Watch Ad → 24h Pro): Granted after a rewarded ad, one per day, expires in 24h, not stackable.
• 40-day reward → 60-day Pro: Complete Fajr 40 days in a row (missing a day resets). Reward is granted automatically at day 40 for 60 days and is tied to the account that earned it.
• Free trial: Where offered (currently 7 days), limited to one per device/account subject to eligibility. A trial converts to nothing — you are never charged unless you make a purchase. Deleting your account does not reset trial eligibility.

• Ads: Free users may see ads via Google AdMob. Pro removes ads entirely.
• Donations (Sadaqah): Voluntary support via bKash / Nagad / BanglaQR and international options. Donations are not purchases, do not unlock Pro, and are non-refundable.

Qur’an text, translations, duas and audio may be bundled or downloaded as needed.

• Translations are licensed from their providers (e.g. QuranEnc). We credit providers in-app.
• Content is for education and devotion, not as a formal religious ruling. Consult scholars for fiqh questions.
• Do not remove attributions or redistribute content as your own.

Fajr Alarm uses exact alarms and full-screen notifications with reboot recovery. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee delivery:

• Exact-alarm permission may be revoked by you or the system.
• Battery optimization or manufacturer battery managers may delay or block alarms.
• Do Not Disturb, silent mode or a powered-off phone may mute it.

Prayer times are calculated on your device from your location using your chosen calculation method. Different methods give different results.

Qibla direction uses your location and device sensors. Cases, covers and interference can affect accuracy.

Both are provided as-is. Always confirm with your local masjid, especially for Fajr.

You agree not to:

1. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App.
2. Abuse or disrupt our services.
3. Forge completions, streaks or partner links.
4. Use the App for illegal or harmful activity.
5. Share or reuse another person’s purchases or trials.
6. Circumvent ads, trials, or protections.

The App, design, icon and branding are owned by The Six or licensors. Qur’an text is public domain; translations remain owned by their providers. Do not copy or redistribute except as allowed.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or risk security. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

As-is: The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not promise it will always be error-free or on time.

Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the last 12 months, or BDT 1,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity: You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.

• Changes: We may update these Terms and will update the effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
• Governing law: Laws of Bangladesh. Courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
